Colleagues can join the Master Account after receiving an invitation, ensuring secure and managed access for your team.
A client is your customer.
If they already use Collaborator, you can invite them to collaborate. Once they accept, you'll gain access to manage their projects or assign them to colleagues.
If the client is new to Collaborator, you can invite them via email with a referral link. Upon registration, they’ll be linked to your Master Account as both a client and a referral.
Yes, if you stop working with a client, you can unlink them from your Master Account. Simply send a request through your account, and once the client accepts, they will be unlinked.
You can pause a Colleague’s account, which immediately removes their access to all projects. Simply click the "pause" button in your account, and they’ll receive an email notification.
You can restore their access at any time if needed.
Clients can operate in the same currency as the Master Account. If you need to work with multiple currencies, you'll have to create separate Master Accounts. You can link these accounts for easy switching without needing to re-enter your username and password. This setup allows you to work with clients in any currency seamlessly.
