A press release is news about the advertiser's company or product. The publication is typically placed in the “Press Releases” or “News” section.

An article is a thematic publication about the advertiser's company or product that is placed in the main categories of the website.

Posts in Telegram channels are advertising posts in Telegram channels with a live audience.

It is not possible to change the currency of an existing account.

To use a different currency, you will need to register a new account and select your preferred currency during the registration process.

  • Users are expected to maintain proper communication etiquette when interacting with both support services and other users.
  • If a user employs aggressive language or profanity, the support representative has the right to terminate the conversation unilaterally.
  • In cases of repeated inappropriate communication with the support service, the administration reserves the right to deny further support.
  • If a user persistently engages in inappropriate communication with other Collaborator users, the administration may block the user's access to the platform.
  • If a conflict arises between two users that cannot be resolved, we recommend seeking arbitration.
  • Spamming in private messages is strictly prohibited. If complaints are received from other users, access to the account may be restricted.

This functionality will be discontinued starting on February 10, 2024. Accounts assigned the status of "Inactive Account" before February 9, 2024, will remain in their current status.

If there are no transactions on an account for 365 consecutive days, such as deposits, withdrawals, affiliate earnings, or any other activity indicating account use, on the 366th day, the account will be marked as "Inactive". At this point, Collaborator will begin charging a maintenance fee for the inactive account.

Inactive account maintenance fees:

  • 10 UAH per day for UAH accounts
  • 1 USD per day for USD accounts

If no activity occurs on the account for 90 days (excluding the maintenance fees), the account balance will be reset to zero.

How do I reactivate my account? If the account shows activity within 90 days (i.e., any transaction that affects the balance), it will automatically return to "Active" status.

Collaborator does not aim to profit from these fees, but maintaining inactive accounts indefinitely is not feasible. If you actively use or periodically engage with Collaborator, this rule will not affect you.

We have ceased all operations with accounts belonging to users from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Conducting financial transactions outside of Collaborator is prohibited if agreements were established through the system.

If such cooperation is detected, the administration reserves the right to block the involved participants from accessing the system.

Auto termination refers to the automatic termination of a deal after 31 consecutive days of inactivity by both participants. This process is triggered in the following deal statuses:

What happens to the funds that were frozen for this deal?

Can I reactivate a deal that was terminated by auto termination?

Basic Concepts:

  • Guarantee Contract: an agreement between the client and Collaborator, where Collaborator commits to compensating for damages in case of an insured event.

  • Sum Insured: the compensation amount, which includes the placement fee and copywriting services (if applicable).

What is the cost of the guarantee?
The cost of the guarantee is 10% of the placement fee, including writing services. The guarantee is valid for 12 months.

How can I ensure my deal?

We will try to resolve your issue within 25 days. If we cannot do so, you will receive a refund within an additional 7 days.

How will I know if an insured event has occurred?
If we detect an insured event, you will receive an email notification, and we will immediately begin addressing the issue. You can also report a potential insured event yourself.

Why isn't a guarantee offered on all sites?
We offer guarantees on websites with which we have an established relationship. For sites without guarantees, we are still monitoring them, and they may become eligible for guarantees soon.

What happens when the guarantee runs out?
Thirty (30) days before the expiration, you will receive a reminder in your personal account with the option to extend the guarantee for another year. If the guarantee is not extended within this time, it cannot be reactivated after expiration. We recommend enabling auto-renewal for seamless coverage.

  1. The description, title, URL, and keywords provided by the advertiser when adding an article are considered recommendations for the website publisher and may be used at their discretion.
  2. The website publisher is allowed to include links to internal pages of their website within the article without any restrictions.
  3. The website publisher may add up to 5 external links in the article's body, in addition to those specified in the task. However, it is prohibited to link to direct competitors of the advertiser's website or to websites that do not meet the general requirements of Collaborator.
  4. Advertising blocks such as Google AdSense are permitted within the body of the posted article.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to place advertisements on the article page that do not adhere to Collaborator’s rules regarding acceptable topics for promotion.

What is the placement format on Telegram channels?
A promotional post on a Telegram channel includes an image or video, advertising text, and a link to a product, service, or website.

For how long is the promotional post on the Telegram channels?
The post stays on the channel for the time you choose when paying for the post in a specific channel. Conditions for posting may vary depending on the channel. Available placement formats include:

  • 1/24: the post remains for 1 hour after the last publication on the channel and must stay visible for 24 hours.
  • 2/48: the post remains for 2 hours after the last publication on the channel and must stay visible for 48 hours.

  • If no decision is made within the specified time, auto-acceptance occurs, the transaction is considered complete, and the funds are released to the channel owner.

Collaborator’s administration reserves the right to unilaterally reject any website.

What are the requirements for Telegram channels?

  1. We accept Telegram channels with at least 500 subscribers.
  2. The channel must not contain any forbidden content.

How do I confirm the channel when adding it?

To confirm, you need to add our bot @clbrt_bot as an administrator of your Telegram channel.

For how long is a post placed on my Telegram channel?

The post is placed according to the terms and conditions you filled out when adding the channel to the system. There are 4 placement formats:

  1. 1/24: the advertiser's post must remain available for 1 hour after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 24 hours.
  2. 2/48: the advertiser's post must remain available for 2 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 48 hours.
  3. 3/72: the advertiser's post must remain available for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 72 hours.
  4. Without removal: the advertiser's post must remain available for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible at all times.
  • Articles with links are posted for the entire lifespan of the website.
  • When a website is sold, the publisher who received payment is financially responsible for the publications posted by them. In case of deletion by the new website owner, reposting or refunding the funds is required.
  • Articles must be open for indexing by search engines. It is forbidden to prevent indexing through robots.txt, meta tags, or other means.
  • The canonical URL must match the page URL.
  • All images in the customer’s publication must be hosted on the website. Exceptions require prior agreements with the client.
  • If an article is not indexed or removed from Google search, the webmaster must make every effort to have it indexed. Reposting the article to another address on the website is allowed with notification to support.
  • Anchors and landing pages cannot be changed after placement except upon receiving a direct request from the customer.
  • Links are placed only in the main sections of the website that are accessible from the homepage. Posting in sections hidden from users is prohibited.
  • Articles must not be placed in sections specifically created for search engine optimization.
  • Articles with homepage announcements must be submitted for verification on the day of placement. The homepage announcement must be posted in real time.
  • Articles cannot be deleted or moved after posting, and their URL should not change, except upon customer request or for indexing purposes.

In the website settings, you can choose the type of links to be placed: dofollow, nofollow, or sponsored.

  • Dofollow links are preferred by most customers.
  • Redirect links cannot be placed within Collaborator.

After placing an article, it is forbidden to change the type of link or add tags such as sponsored or noindex, unless directly requested by the customer.

Ensure a high-quality layout of the material, including tables, bulleted lists, and other elements as requested by the customer. The publication should have a logical structure, meet the customer's requirements, and carry semantic significance. Revisions are permitted upon client request, provided they do not result in a complete change from the original requirements. The publication must contain no spelling, stylistic, or punctuation errors and should align with the target page specified by the customer.

For articles:

  • No more than 3 client-provided links are allowed per article.
  • The article must have a minimum length of 2000 characters without spaces (recommended length: 3000-5000 characters).
  • The article must have a minimum uniqueness of 75%.

For press releases:

  • No more than 2 client-provided links are allowed per press release.
  • Press releases must be placed only in the "Press Release" or "News" sections.
  • The minimum publication size is 1000 characters without spaces (recommended: 1500 characters, maximum: 1999 characters).
  • The press release must have a minimum uniqueness of 75%.

Additionally, website owners must ensure that their websites are available in Ukraine when placing customer advertising materials. In the event of disputes or arbitration concerning site availability in Ukraine, Collaborator’s decisions will favor the customer. Each customer's order requires a unique publication. Placing links in previously published articles, rewrites, or translations from other languages is prohibited unless specifically requested by the client.

Funds will be credited to your balance immediately after the advertiser approves the completed deal.

  • Pending funds: when you receive a task, the funds are temporarily frozen from the customer and displayed on your account as "Pending." You can monitor the movement of these funds by visiting the "Payment History" page.
  • Approval process: once the task is completed, the advertiser has 72 hours to review and make a decision.
  • Auto-acceptance: if the advertiser does not make a decision within this period, the task will be auto-accepted, and the funds will be credited to your balance, becoming available for withdrawal.

This ensures a smooth and timely process for both advertisers and publishers.

  1. Ensure your website offers competitive rates for posting and writing articles. If it does not, consider lowering the costs to attract more orders and reviews.
  2. Make sure the subject and region of your site are filled out correctly.
  3. Create an attractive description of your website, clearly indicating where the advertiser's article will be placed and highlighting the benefits of working with you.

  • The discount remains valid until you deactivate it.
  • The discount applies only to placement and does not include article writing or homepage announcements.
  • You can activate or deactivate the discount as needed.

After completing a deal, both you and the client have the opportunity to provide feedback on the collaboration.

  • It’s mutually beneficial; customer reviews help both you and other site publishers learn more about the advertiser, allowing for better-informed decisions about future cooperation.

The algorithm for ranking websites in the catalog displayed to advertisers is based on several factors, with the most significant being:

  • Indexation and availability of posted articles
  • Speed of task execution
  • The ratio of traffic to price within a category
  • Reviews
  • Technical indicators of the website

To rank higher in the website catalog, you should:

  • Accumulate more reviews
  • Complete tasks as promptly as possible
  • Set competitive prices for placements
  • Enhance the authority and traffic of your website

If a dispute arises during the deal process, both you and the advertiser can reach out to Collaborator Arbitration. Representatives from the administration will contact the involved parties to clarify the details and will then make a unilateral decision. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

A publisher can delete a website from their account if it has not passed moderation or if no deals have been made during its operational period. Under other circumstances, the removal of a site from the system is not permitted.

If the advertiser's website is no longer functional, you can message the advertiser to request that they provide new links to replace those in the posted article. If you do not receive a response from the advertiser within 14 days, please reach out to support chat for assistance in resolving the issue.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. You can submit up to three withdrawal requests per day. Before payment is made, your account will be reviewed; if any violations of the system rules are found, the payment may be denied. In such cases, the support service will reach out to the account holder to resolve the issue.

The Platform Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block financial transactions and deny further services if suspicious transactions or activities are detected.
