  3. Resend the confirmation email. Try sending the confirmation email again.

Without a verified phone number, the withdrawal function will be disabled, but all other Collaborator features will remain available.

If you are not receiving the SMS confirmation:

Collaborator charges a 10% commission on deposits and a 15% commission on withdrawals.

Please note: if you deposit funds into the system and later decide to withdraw them, both the 10% deposit commission and the 15% withdrawal commission will apply.

A press release is news about the advertiser's company or product. The publication is typically placed in the “Press Releases” or “News” section.

An article is a thematic publication about the advertiser's company or product that is placed in the main categories of the website.

Posts in Telegram channels are advertising posts in Telegram channels with a live audience.

It is not possible to change the currency of an existing account.

To use a different currency, you will need to register a new account and select your preferred currency during the registration process.

  • Users are expected to maintain proper communication etiquette when interacting with both support services and other users.
  • If a user employs aggressive language or profanity, the support representative has the right to terminate the conversation unilaterally.
  • In cases of repeated inappropriate communication with the support service, the administration reserves the right to deny further support.
  • If a user persistently engages in inappropriate communication with other Collaborator users, the administration may block the user's access to the platform.
  • If a conflict arises between two users that cannot be resolved, we recommend seeking arbitration.
  • Spamming in private messages is strictly prohibited. If complaints are received from other users, access to the account may be restricted.

This functionality will be discontinued starting on February 10, 2024. Accounts assigned the status of "Inactive Account" before February 9, 2024, will remain in their current status.

If there are no transactions on an account for 365 consecutive days, such as deposits, withdrawals, affiliate earnings, or any other activity indicating account use, on the 366th day, the account will be marked as "Inactive". At this point, Collaborator will begin charging a maintenance fee for the inactive account.

Inactive account maintenance fees:

  • 10 UAH per day for UAH accounts
  • 1 USD per day for USD accounts

If no activity occurs on the account for 90 days (excluding the maintenance fees), the account balance will be reset to zero.

How do I reactivate my account? If the account shows activity within 90 days (i.e., any transaction that affects the balance), it will automatically return to "Active" status.

Collaborator does not aim to profit from these fees, but maintaining inactive accounts indefinitely is not feasible. If you actively use or periodically engage with Collaborator, this rule will not affect you.

We have ceased all operations with accounts belonging to users from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Conducting financial transactions outside of Collaborator is prohibited if agreements were established through the system.

If such cooperation is detected, the administration reserves the right to block the involved participants from accessing the system.

Auto termination refers to the automatic termination of a deal after 31 consecutive days of inactivity by both participants. This process is triggered in the following deal statuses:

  • New
  • In progress
  • Under review

What happens to the funds that were frozen for this deal?
The funds associated with the deal will be returned to the advertiser's balance.

Can I reactivate a deal that was terminated by auto termination?
No, once a deal is auto-terminated, it cannot be reactivated. If needed, the customer can submit the same task again for the site.

Collaborator gives priority to websites that place articles in the main sections of the website, as well as those that place homepage announcements.

Basic concepts:

  • The guarantee contract is an agreement between the client and Collaborator, according to the terms of which the latter undertakes to compensate for the damage.
  • Insured event: the moment when the article is not included in the index, drops out of the index of search engines, or experiences changes in anchors, landing pages, or when the page ceases to exist.
  • Sum insured: the amount of placement + copywriting services (in the case of writing articles on the side of the site). This amount is the compensation amount for an insured event.
  • Guarantee contribution: the payment amount for the guarantee contract.
  • Reimbursement: the return of funds to the user.

What is the cost of the guarantee?

The cost of the guarantee is equal to 10% of the placement amount, plus writing. The validity period is 12 months.

How can I ensure my deal?

When you pay for an assignment, you can include a guarantee and ensure the deal amount.

If you don't do this when ordering placement, this option will not be available in the future.

What does the guarantee cover?

If an insured event occurs, when will I get a refund for the deal?

If a guaranteed event occurs, we will try to resolve your issue within 25 days. If we cannot do so within that time, you will receive your money back within 7 days.

How will I know if an insured event has occurred?

If we detect an insured event, we will notify you by email and immediately begin to address the issue. You can also report a potential insured event yourself.

Why isn't a guarantee offered on all sites?

We offer guarantees on websites we have been working with for a long time. If a website does not offer a guarantee, we are still monitoring it, and it is likely that we will be able to ensure placements on it soon.

What happens when the guarantee runs out?

Thirty (30) days before it expires, you will receive a reminder in your personal account. You will have the option to extend it for another year. If the guarantee is not extended within the specified period, it will not be possible to activate it after expiration. We recommend activating auto-renewal for automatic renewal at the end of the term.

  1. Description, Title, URL, and Keywords, specified when adding an article by the advertiser, are recommendations for the website publisher and are used at their discretion.
  2. The website publisher has the right to use links to internal pages of the website in the article without any restrictions.
  3. The website publisher has the right to use up to 5 external links in the body of the article in addition to those specified in the task. It is forbidden to link to direct competitors of the advertiser's website and websites that do not meet the general requirements of Collaborator.
  4. It is allowed to place a block of advertising, such as Google AdSense, in the body of the posted article.
  5. Additionally, it is forbidden to place ads on the page with the article that do not comply with the rules of acceptable topics for promotion in Collaborator.

What is the placement format on Telegram channels?

A promotional post contains an image or video, advertising text, and a link to a product, service, or website.

For how long is the promotional post on the Telegram channels?

The post remains on the channel for the duration you select when paying for the post in a specific channel.

Conditions for posting on different channels may vary. Available placement formats:

  • 1/24: Your post is kept for 1 hour after the last publication on the channel and must be available for 24 hours.
  • 2/48: Your post is kept for 2 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be available for 48 hours.
  • 3/72: Your post is kept for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be available for 72 hours.
  • No deletion: Your post is kept for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and should be available all the time.

We check the availability of your post every 4 hours while it is posted, according to the posting period you have chosen.

How long does it take to accept the work done, and what is auto-acceptance?

For the 1/24 format, the customer has 21 hours from the moment the owner of the TG channel sends the completed task for verification to make a decision on the transaction: approve or send the posted post for revision.

For formats 2/48, 3/72, without deletion, the customer has 45 hours from the moment the owner of the TG channel sends the completed task for review to make a decision on the transaction: approve or send the posted post for revision.

If the decision is not made in a timely manner, then after the specified time, auto-acceptance will occur: the transaction will be considered complete, and the funds will be credited to the owner of the TG channel.

How many views/clicks/subscriptions am I guaranteed to receive when buying ads in Telegram?

Advertising in any TG channel does not guarantee views, clicks, and/or subscriptions to your channel/product.

Advertising is a recommendation (review) about your channel or services, the result of which does not depend on the seller but only on the services provided and their relevance to the channel's audience.

Special topics are subjects that do not violate the laws of the country in which the project is realized. However, they attract increased attention when placed by the website owner.

Collaborator provides you with the opportunity to leave and receive reviews for the following reasons:

  • Reviews After a Completed Deal: Share your impressions of the deal.

The main criterion for moderation is the site's attendance, indexing in search engines and ranking on high positions in Google. If your project has an audience, we will be glad to see it in Collaborator.

However, during website moderation, the administration considers additional criteria such as:

  • Authority (trustworthiness);
  • the value for money of the site;
  • Keywords;
  • Niche relevance;
  • Audience engagement;
  • Design quality;
  • Content layout;
  • and others.

We accept sites with a live audience and the presence of Keywords by which it ranks the site in Google in the top 100.

We do not accept websites that violate laws or copyright, nor do we accept those that fail to adhere to generally accepted norms.

If, in our assessment, you have not indicated a market value, we reserve the right to refuse to add the website to the platform.

Collaborator’s administration reserves the right to unilaterally reject any website.

What are the requirements for Telegram channels?

1. We accept Telegram channels with at least 500 subscribers.

2. The channel must not contain any forbidden content.

How do I confirm the channel when adding it?

To confirm, you need to add our bot @clbrt_bot as an administrator of your Telegram channel.

For what period is the post placed on my Telegram channel?

The post is placed according to the terms and conditions you filled out when adding the channel to the system. There are 4 placement formats:

  • 1/24: The advertiser's post must remain available for 1 hour after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 24 hours (from the moment it is sent to the client).
  • 2/48: The advertiser's post must remain available for 2 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 48 hours (from the moment it is sent to the client).
  • 3/72: The advertiser's post must remain available for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible for 72 hours (from the moment it is sent to the client).
  • Without removal: The advertiser's post must remain available for 3 hours after the last publication on the channel and must be accessible at all times.

We continually check the availability of your post for the duration it is posted, according to the posting period selected by the client.

  • Articles with links are posted for the entire lifespan of the website.
  • When a website is sold, the publisher who received payment for the deals is financially responsible for the publications posted by them. In case of deletion of publications by the new website owner, it is necessary to either repost the publications or refund the funds for these deals.
  • Articles must be open for indexing by search engines. It is forbidden to prevent indexing of articles in robots.txt, through meta tags, or by other means.
  • The canonical URL must match the page URL.
  • All images included in the customer's publication must be hosted on the website. Exceptions can be made with prior agreements with the client.
  • If an article is not indexed or removed from Google search, the webmaster must make every effort to have the article indexed. In such cases, reposting the article to another address on the website is allowed, and the support service must be notified.
  • Anchors and landing pages cannot be changed after placement except upon receiving a direct request from the customer.
  • Links are placed only in the main sections of the website that are accessible from the homepage. The section for placing an article must match the one specified in the "Where will advertising articles be placed?" section of website description.
  • Posting in sections hidden from users is prohibited.
  • Publications cannot be placed in specially created sections (blogs) designed for articles created for search engines.
  • Articles with homepage announcements must be submitted for verification on the day of placement or when the homepage announcement is available (in cases where the ad lasts for several days). The homepage announcement must be posted in real time.
  • Articles may not be deleted or moved to other sections after posting. Their URL address shouldn't be changed except upon receiving a direct request from the customer or for reposting purposes aimed at indexing.

In the website settings, you can choose the type of links to be placed: dofollow, nofollow, or sponsored.

The majority of customers prefer dofollow links.

Redirect links cannot be placed within Collaborator.

After placing an article, it is forbidden to change the type of link or add tags like sponsored or noindex, etc., unless directly requested by the customer.

  • Ensure a high-quality layout of the material, including tables, bulleted lists, and other elements as requested by the customer.
  • The publication should have a logical structure, meet the customer's requirements, and carry semantic significance. Revision of the article is permitted upon client request, provided it does not entail a complete change from the original requirements.
  • No spelling, stylistic, or punctuation errors should be present.
  • The article must align with the target page specified by the customer.
  • No more than 3 links from the client for an article and no more than 2 links for a press release.
  • Website owners must ensure the availability of their websites in Ukraine when placing customer advertising materials. In disputes or arbitration regarding website availability in Ukraine, Collaborator’s decisions favor the customer.
  • Each customer's order requires a new, unique publication. Placing links in previously published articles, rewrites, or translated articles from other languages is prohibited except upon direct request from the client.

Requirements for Articles:

  • Minimum article length: 2000 characters without spaces; 
  • Recommended: 3000-5000 characters without spaces;
  • Article uniqueness: minimum of 75%.

Requirements for Press Releases:

  • Publications must be placed only in the Press Release or News section;
  • Minimum publication size: 1000 characters without spaces; 
  • Recommended: 1500 characters without spaces; 
  • Maximum: 1999 characters without spaces;
  • Publication uniqueness: minimum of 75%.

Funds will be credited to your balance immediately after the approval of the completed deal by the advertiser.

You can offer a permanent discount on your website ranging from 10% to 30%. This discount is exclusively available for SEO agencies, enhancing your website's appeal to reputable customers. If you choose to activate the discount, please note:

  • The discount remains valid until you deactivate it.
  • The discount applies only to placement and does not extend to article writing or homepage announcements.
  • You have the flexibility to activate or deactivate the discount as needed.

After completing a deal, both you and the client have the chance to share your feedback on the collaboration.

We highly recommend leaving a review for the advertiser.

Here's why:

  • It encourages the advertiser to reciprocate with a review of your website (your website's reputation affects its ranking in the catalog).
  • It's mutually beneficial; customer reviews help you and other site publishers to understand more about the advertiser and make an informed decision about cooperation.

The algorithm for ranking websites in the catalog displayed to advertisers is based on several factors, with the most significant being:

  • Indexation and availability of posted articles.
  • Speed of task execution.
  • The ratio of traffic to price within a category.
  • Reviews.
  • Technical indicators of the website.

To rank higher in the website catalog, you should:

  • Accumulate more reviews.
  • Complete tasks as promptly as possible.
  • Set competitive prices for placements.
  • Enhance the authority and traffic of your website.

If a dispute arises during the deal process, you and the advertiser can contact Collaborator Arbitration.

Administration representatives will contact the parties involved in the deal to clarify the details and then make a decision unilaterally.

The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The publisher can delete a website from their account if it has not passed moderation or if there have been no deals on it during the period of operation.

Under other conditions, the possibility of removing a site from the system is not provided.

If the advertiser's website has stopped working, you can write to the customer in personal messages to replace the links in the posted article with new ones that the customer will give you.

If there is no response from the advertiser within 14 days, please contact the support chat to resolve the issue.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days.

You can make up to three withdrawal requests per day.

Before the payment is made, the account is checked, and in case of violations of the system rules, the payment may be denied. In this case, the support service will contact the account holder to resolve the situation.

The Platform Administration has the right, at its own discretion, to permanently or temporarily block financial transactions and refuse further service in case of suspicious transactions and activity on the part of the users.
