Payment policy

1. General provisions

    1.1. collaborator.pro works in three currencies: hryvnias, dollars, euros;

    1.2. account currency is chosen once at registration without possibility to change it, if you want to work in another currency - register a new account;

    1.3. You authorize us to make payments from or to your account balance through third-party payment providers, with whom we have separate contracts.

    1.4. All payments between account balances through the Website are made as a lump sum and in the currency of your account.

    1.5. If your currency does not match the currency of the user you are interacting with, the price will be quoted in your currency, including an additional five percent of the price to cover currency conversions and currency risks.

2. Withdrawal of amounts

    2.1. If you are an ordering customer who, for any reason, has decided to withdraw funds from the balance, you are subject to the general rules for withdrawing amounts.

    2.2. In order to withdraw funds, you need to submit an application. Withdrawal of funds is made within 3 working days from the date of registration of the application.

3. Collaborator commissions

    3.1. 10% when entering amounts into the system;

    3.2. 15% when withdrawing amounts from the system.

Collaborator no longer has any additional commissions.
When depositing and withdrawing funds, depending on the selected payment system, you will also have to pay a fee of the payment system. That's why we recommend you to study the conditions of the available payment systems and choose the best option.

All data entered by you on the payment form of the processing center of our bank is fully protected in accordance with the requirements of the PCI DSS security standard. We receive information only about the payment you made.
